The Touring and EX-L trims will be designed with cylinder deactivation feature which will help in enhancing the fuel economy considerably. The Touring and EXL fuel economy ratings are 26 miles per gallon on highways and 19 miles per gallon on city roads.

The EX edition will be packed with power sliding doors, temperature control system, a power drivers seat, and a dashboard mounted CD player. The EX-L model will have leather trim, a power moon roof, a navigation system, and heated front seats. The Touring edition of 2012 Honda CR V will have a power lift gate, an expensive music system, and power adjusted pedals. 2012 Honda CR V will be loaded with stability and traction control system, anti-lock disc brakes, brake assist, curtain airbags, and all side airbags.

Once again Honda is predicting that the highly popular EX-L trim is going to be the best-seller accounting for more than fifty percent of the sales.
